It can be prepared along with castor oil or gingelly oil based on the local needs. Vadu mangai will be available once in a year and that too for a very short time as the mangoes will mature quickly
and we have to harvest the baby mangoes at early stage.
Vadu Mangoes are good to control indigestion and constipation. It is an in house therapy for early morning sickness. Having vadu mango pickle as a side dish with curd rice is a heavenly taste.
