As soon as our warehouse to proceed to the shipment of your order, an sms is sent to you providing with the tracking number so you can verify the delivery of your parcel.
You also have the option to follow the progress of your order by logging into your account in the "my account."
If you have not received your package, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Helpdesk with your order number and your tracking number in order to open an investigation with the logistics partner.
Our products due to their perishable nature, not be returned nor exchanged. However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact our Customer Helpdesk within 24 hours. Tell us your name, the order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue.
Perishable goods (including any food products and or goods which have an expiry date) will not be eligible for exchange or refund unless such goods are damaged, supplied incorrectly.
If you do not receive a confirmation of your order after 24 hours of you notifying us that you have paid, then please get in touch with us via the Customer Helpdesk on our website and we will rectify that for you.
