The mangoes when it reached Delhi were in superb condition. Still having the mangoes.

First Ordered was a trial one due to covid 19 restrictions on delivery. But when the order was delivered, it was way out of expectations.. Properly packed to ensure no damage to fruits and with air flow outlets to preserve from decay. As for the mangoes, VERY TASTY n DELICIOUS. It was half ripe upon delivery and ripped full in next two days. The second order was placed with in a week. One for us n two for families in Chennai. Got the delivery to us and one family in Chennai within the next four days. But one order to Chennai is still in packed at source state. Please ensure the delivery as it is at the end of season now. I bought the mango's thrice all himayathi..... The item was delivered smoothly... I have only one grievance... Each time I found atleast one mango damaged condition once it was ripened. Since the mangoes are priced on the higher side , it will be great if each and every mango is checked for the condition and sent.

some mangoes are spoiled or damaged even in raw at bottom . and number of mangoes are less i feel. like 9 mangoes for 5 kg. after riped inside is too soft. taste is ok. little different from local imam pasand varieties. i tried 2 times for 5 kg orders of premium imam pasand. will check again one more time.

The Mangoes reached us very fast. I was disappointed when I saw that the box contains raw mangoes. I waited and took care of the Mangoes for a few days (nearly a week) to allow them to slowly get ripe. I am yet to taste the mangoes. My brother who also received the mangoes and tasted one of the mangoes gave a very good feedback about the taste and smell.

Purchased imam pasand.the fruits are tasty and delicious.the delivery is excellent.however one mango is half damaged.when u r sending parcel it is necessary to doubly make sure that parcelled fruits are of high quality.hope next time this doesnot happen.

Very delicious mangoes. Usually I go to the Mango groves in Trichy to buy imampasand mangoes every year. As everyone knows this year was different with Covid19 lockdown. I came across Salem Mango online shop and gave it a try as the craving for imampasand mangoes was too much. I should say I was not disappointed. Infact the riped mangoes were so delicious that I will reorder again with more quantities. The packing was excellent. The mangoes were semi riped and arrived within a week's time during this covid19 situation in Chennai which is in red zone. Never expected such a fast delivery during this time. However, it will be educative if the mangos are labelled with a sticker with organic glue about the variety--- I could not identify any of the variety I had ordered except Totapuri. ordered thrice. My first order was only 5 kg mangos. The mango reached in good condition the next day of the order. It took three to five days to ripe. Quality was good. I ordered again 10 kg and third time also 10 kg. Mangos comes directly from farm via courier and are always found to be of good quality.

I buy only himapasand variety, and the quality is top of the line, and they make sure it reaches us in perfect condition. I was looking for organic mangoes and found Salem mangoes through google search. It was a blessing honestly. The mangoes arrived in great shape and packaged in hay. It took a few days to ripen, but the taste was amazing. Loved it so much that I ordered four more packs for friends and family.

Received well before time in a neat carton with aeration. I had ordered 4Kgs of Imam Pasand and there were 10 mangoes. The fruits are ripening one after the other and just cut the first ripped one and it was heavenly. All fruits are with no damage and the team has exercised very high level of quality control to deliver almost same sized fruits and it is very obvious that they are ripening naturally. I had introduced you to my friends and family and some of them already ordered. I will be ordering for the next batch shortly. Keep up the good work to get the best possible rates for the farmers. Your packing and logistics are very good and I am sure that you should get more orders this year due to lock down. Keep up your work to connect farmers directly with consumers.

Mangoes came well packed. Its been about 7-10 days since delivery, and we are waiting for them to ripen - so, can't speak to quality as yet. The user account management could be improved - when an order is split, you can no longer track both orders through the website. Surprisingly quick shipment even in this time of crisis (March-April 2020) - so, congratulations on that.

The premium Alphonso mangoes taste good . The premium Hemampasand mangoes could have been better. The courier delayed delivery by one day. Fortunately the mangoes were raw so this did not spoil.the mangoes. I will probably order some more mangoes.

I ordered 4 times during last 4 weeks. My favourite is Imam Pasandh. In two consignments, atleast one big fruit weighing approximately 3/4 kgs suddenly turned bad and unfit for consumption. This should be taken care of.

Was searching online for Himayath mangoes and found this gem of a portal. I reluctantly ordered the minimum qty of 3 Kilos. To my surprise the package got delivered earlier than promised. The packaging was good. On opening I realized that the fruits would take another couple of days to ripen. The fruits packed were extremely healthy and on ripening are extremely sweet and tasty. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the mangoes. Have recommended to a couple of my friends as well. Placing order for more pretty soon. Cheers on a great enterprise.

Few mangoes have become sponge (soft) at the bottom and top of the mangoes owing to movement in transit. On the whole, they are good. Good taste. The problem appears to be transport due to which the mangoes are getting spoiled.
