Fresh Salem Malgova a favourite fruit for all south Indians loves to taste at least a piece. Malgova tastes delectably sweet, a mango that tastes like milk khoa. Fruit is large in size, roundish oblique in shape and yellow in color having thick outer skin and hard seed inside. Salem is very famous for Malgoba mangoes, a native variety of Tamil Nadu.
The mangoes will be sent in raw matured and semi ripe condition so as to avoid damage in transit, while ripening it will loose 100-200gms of weight per kg.

Salem Malgoba mango is called Alphonso of south India. Excellent taste fibreless mango best for juices and smoothies,Jam.
Malgova mango is fibre less and the fleshy portion gets soon ripens so the withstand with hard outer skin. Once ripens need to be consumed, Should store for longer days.
Allphonso is early season mango, Malgova is the late season variety. Both mangoes comes in different period of time. Alphonso mangoes are not aromatic. Malgova mango is soft, Juicy and ripens give pleasure aroma to taste the Mango. Malgova mango sometimes weight till 1 kg where as Alphonso is smaller compared to Salem Malgova
Malgova is the late season mangos starts from May Mid to July depends on the season and Monsoon. The fruit Size varies due to climatic conditons, Salemmango cultivates naturally without any artificial chemicals and Manures.

Great mangoes! Juicy mangoes do not travel too well all the way to Delhi. Nadu Salai got some fungus infection. en route. Malgova is impossible to get outside TN and Karnataka and is a great choice for a complex flavour. Imam Pasand is A1 quality and a good traveller. Mallika is also good for long distance purchases Salem Gundu is an Alphonso type but its quality varies a little In most years it’s as good as Konkan Alphonso but with a slightly different. Labour and a a few more fibres

I had ordered for Malgoba and Himayat. Both were absolutely amazing in taste. Perfectly raw when arrived and ripened within 3 days. The quality and taste is really good. The size of the mangoes could be a bit bigger. Overall, definitely recommended.

We purchased Salem Gundu and Malgoa mangoes. Both boxes arrived earlier than expected. The mangoes were in excellent shape and ripened slowly over the next week. Almost impossible to see Malgoa mangoes in the Delhi market. Salem Gundu has more flavour than the famous Ratnagiri Alphonso. Excellent fruit quality. Worth the money

Quality is good but The delivery time is too long.
I received 12 mangoes out of 3 were over ripe so effectively we got 9 mangoes. I think this maybe due to a days delay in delivery and you could have packed few mangoes which were partially ripped.
The quality of malgova was satisfactory. Could have been better.. There were a lot of black spots which showed after ripening and the spots were deep into the mango.
