The coconut oil as you know it today was produced organically in Salem mango farm. At first we were sold our raw coconuts wholly to traders. Later in the ground we faced non payments and lowest costs quoting and waste of rich coconuts, which we gradually reconstructed and equipped with traditionally technology to make cold pressed coconut oil.
How cold pressed coconut oil produced
Until 2017, we produced premium organic coconuts only from our organic farms purchased by traders, We knew we couldn't get any profits since our traders intervention in pricing and farming costs not meet due the middle man. So we started salemmango cold pressed oil plant and brought cold pressed coconut oil in salem, with our own farm coconuts of locally grown coconuts
Here the experience of our parents helped us a lot, without their great contribution we would not have gone into massive next steps in reaching the good food produces to consumers. Knowledge of the place and the wisdom gained through daily work are a gift from which we as a family farmers always draw.
