Kilimooku Vadu Mango is of parrot beak shaped small baby mangoes and not the round shaped mangoes.

Vadu mangai pickle is one of the favourite pickle variety among Tamil Nadu & Kerala. This pickle
can be had with curd rice or sambhar rice and its a common tradition among people especially Brahmin families. These are baby mango
pickle prepared in a hygenic way with finest mangoes from Salemmango farms.
After receiving the order, open the mango box gently and leave it open for 2 to 3 hours for the air to circulate inside as the mangoes have travelled a lot of distance under various temperatures. Mangoes are plucked with stems as the mango sap liquid should not spread over the mangoes which will spoil them and create a burning sensation near mouth while consuming it raw. One can cut out the stem or leave it as such and it depends on the way of preparing mango pickle.
